Michael has been teaching since 12 years old, and has since turned his hobby into a full passion and profession. He has since tutored hundreds of students from all walks of life in all types of subjects. He truly loves what he does. 

Ella is a second year student at Northeastern University studying Business with a concentration in Finance and Fintech and a minor in Spanish. A top 1% SAT scorer, she brings a strong analytical mindset to her role at Alpha Factor, where she leverages her communication skills and creative vision to build infrastructure and connect students with the resources they need to succeed. She is passionate about facilitating meaningful relationships, refining the brand’s messaging, and developing innovative outreach strategies. With a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving approach, she ensures that every client interaction is both seamless and impactful.

This year, Olivia will be completing the International Baccalaureate Program and will be attending Emory University next year. She is able to tutor students in mathematics, history, and writing, providing clear explanations and helpful guidance.
